One Grape – Four Award-Winning Wines

Russian River Valley, Sonoma California

Our wines are approachable, food friendly and the perfect addition to any meal. Whether you’re sharing with your family at your BBQ, or enjoying traditional Mexican food at Cafe Coyote in Old Town San Diego, Rancho Coyote Wine is the perfect choice for your fiesta!

Our Boutique 7-acre vineyard consists of five separate blocks, each with completely different terroir (soil, micro climates, temperature, exposures and elevations). Farming is done naturally by hand with no chemical fertilizers, pesticides, or herbicides.

Wine Selections

2019 Rosé of Pinot Noir
Natural Dry Rose with lovely floral aromatic of quine and rose petals – the palate rich with strawberry rhubarb savoriness! The win pairs well with our Fish Tacos!

2020 Pinot Noir Blanc – Released November 1!
White Wine made from red Pinot Noir Grapes! Our Noir Blanc is made from the “Free Run” juice of Pinot Noir grapes that were piled high and naturally crushed under their own weight – which yields extremely small amounts of wine – very rare and unique. We love to pair this wine with Cafe Coyote’s fajitas!

2019 Pinot Noir – Gold Winner
This full bodied Pinot is delicious to drink with grilled meats – and is perfect to enjoy now, but will also age gracefully for years to come! At Cafe Coyote, it’s a staff favorite to enjoy with Carnitas!

2019 Sparkling Rosé – Double Gold Winner
Made in the traditional “method champenois” this wine pairs well poolside, or at brunch! We love pairing this with our puerto nuevo style lobster.

Cheers!
