Chile Relleno Omelette

Green chile strips, cheese, cilantro, and onions. Topped with Tomatillo-Chile sauce, melted cheese, and a scoop of sour cream.

California Omelette

A large omelette filled with melted cheese. Topped with Ranchero sauce, guacamole, and sour cream.

Cheese Omelette

• Add Bacon, Sausage, Ham, or Carnitas
• Lots of melted cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese.

Veggie Omelette

Red & Green bell peppers, mushrooms, tomato, cilantro, spinach, and cheese all inside an egg white omelette.

Two Eggs Any Style

• Two California farm fresh eggs cooked as you like, served with homestyle potatoes and choice of fresh flour tortillas or toast.
