3 masa rounds pinched & topped with 3 different salsas green, red, and white-Mexican flag style!

Empanadas de Flor de Calabaza
2 fresh corn empanadas stuffed with Valdiva farms Zucchini Blossoms, Cheese, chiles, onion, and cilantro. Served
with a spicy roasted Tomato salsa.

Famous Old Town Carnitas
Tender pieces of pork slow cooked in Mexico’s traditional style. Served with guacamole, salsa fresca, onions, cilantro and lime.

Chicken Mole Enchilada
One corn tortilla stuffed with shredded chicken and topped with a delicious traditional spicy mole sauce and cotija cheese. Served with rice and beans.

Birria
Delicious Stewed chunks of beef simmered in a combination of spices. Served with Mexican rice, refried beans, onions, cilantro, and limes.

Burrito Especial
A large flour tortilla filled with refried beans, cheese and your choice of shredded beef with California Chile Sauce or Chicken topped with our tomatillo– jalapeño sauce. Served with Mexican rice.

Cabo Combo
One shredded Beef Taco and One Cheese Enchilada with your choice of Red or Green Sauce.

Coyote Caesar Salad
Crisp romaine lettuce tossed with parmesan cheese, crunchy tortilla strips and a traditional Caesar dressing invented in Tijuana, Mexico. Add Margarita Chicken breast for $4.95.

Gobernador Taco
One shrimp taco filled with veggies, jack cheese, and grilled in a corn tortilla. Served with green salsa.

Baja Fish Taco
One battered and deep fried fish taco with salsa fresca, cabbage and white cream sauce
