In 2007, Café Coyote was certified as one of only two Tequila Houses in the entire United States by the highly acclaimed Academia Mexicana del Tequila. We have three on site Tequila Ambassadors who are a few of only seven Tequiliers designated by the Academia in the United States. They will be happy to service and educated you and your Guests during your customized Tequila Dinner. The Café Coyote team is passionate about Tequila and dedicated to it’s history and enjoyment.

Tequila is now one of the most popular spirits in the world and has a long diverse history. It was first produced in the Mexican town of Tequila. When the Spanish conquistadors ran out of brandy, they began to distill the native Agave plant to produce North America’s first native distilled spirit: Tequila.

Famous Old Town Carnitas - Tender pieces of pork slow cooked in Mexico’s traditional style. Served with guacamole, salsa fresca, onions, cilantro & lime.

Carne Asada Plate - Sirloin of beef strip flavored in our secret marinade and charbroiled. Served with guacamole & grilled onion,
Pescado Monterey- Fish of the Day served sautéed in a tomatillo-jalapeño sauce and topped with Monterey Jack cheese.

Fish Burrito - Fish of the Day sautéed in Veracruz sauce, wrapped in a large flour tortilla with melted cheeses and sour cream.

Coyote Combo - One Shredded Beef Taco, One Chicken Enchilada and one Chile Relleno.
